Front Office

The Front Office at the FACE Low-Cost Animal Clinic is command central.  The front office team provides customer service and education for our clients and patients, communicates and administers grant-based programs, updates and organizes patient and client information and coordinates with other rescue and animal welfare groups and veterinary clinics.  The FACE front office is a very busy department at our clinic, that is open six days per week.  Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational and service skills and be able to communicate well with the public.

No veterinary experience is necessary but interest and willingness to learn is a must.  Full-time employees receive health/dental insurance and vacation; we also offer uniforms and a 403b.  Contact ellenr@facespayneuter.org. eoe

Animal Care Team

This is a great full or part-time opportunity for hands-on animal day-to-day care and interaction. Candidates will have demonstrated interest in animal welfare, be good communicators and have comfort level working with cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes, and enjoy hard work.
Our Animal Care Team works with both patients here for medical care, and those awaiting adoption. Full-time staff are eligible for health and dental insurance, a 403b and vacation. We provide two sets of scrubs for full-time team members.

Surgery and Medical Clinic Team 

Our surgery and medical clinic teams are comprised of technicians and assistants. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a college degree to join these teams. Our ideal candidate will have a very good attention to detail, the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and/or responsibilities simultaneously. Working on our surgery team is very demanding but rewarding work. This is a direct patient-care position, requiring a comfort level with dog and cat handling. No direct experience is necessary, so having an inquisitive nature is important for learning on the job.
The typical schedule is four, ten-hour days. We offer vacation, health and dental insurance, and scrubs.
